Check-in took ages!!! The spa felt crowded every time I tried to use it, making relaxation impossible!!! Additional room supplies would’ve been appreciated!!!

We stayed at the hotel with a few couples, and it was great being so close to Old Town.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel ensured better soundproofing between rooms, as we noticed street noise at night. A quieter stay would greatly enhance the family experience.

Also, cleanliness could be improved. I noticed some dirty cups in the room upon check-in. Overall, while there were some downsides, the positives made my stay fairly enjoyable.
